Return and exchange policy
1.1 Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment
If your order has not been shipped, we will refund your money immediately. Orders cannot be canceled once they reach "shipped" status.
1.2. No reason to return or exchange within 14 days
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt for no reason.
Regarding the requirements for returned merchandise.
Returned goods need to be returned with the product intact and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not in reasonable condition.
Regarding shipping costs.
Non-product hardware problems require the user to bear the shipping costs; return shipping costs caused by product damage will be taken by the enterprise (provide pictures or video proof) Additional terms: the enterprise retains the right to explain whether the product is damaged.
If the shipping cost is borne by the enterprise, the user needs to make payment first and provide the waybill number and screenshot. We will make the payment after the return is received in unison and the review is completed.

1.3 defective products within 30 days
If you contact us about a defective product within thirty (30) days of delivery (providing photographic or video proof), you will have the option of repair, replacement or refund. If the defective product is found within thirty (30) days of delivery, you should contact us using the details specified in the "Contact Support" section of our website at "https://www.hhogene.com/product-help" and we will repair or replace the product.
1.4 7 business days after confirmation of the item to process the refund
We will refund your payment as soon as we receive you're sent back the item and process it in our warehouse (up to 7 business days). All users will receive an email confirmation for their records upon receipt of the sent-back items as well as refunds.
1.5 Defective product compensation discount policy
There are product defects (photos/videos are required from the user for confirmation), and the user still wants the product for compensation or coupons within a certain amount. Additional terms: the company retains the right to interpret the definition of defects, compensation amounts, and coupon policy. (If the earbuds are currently missing or the product has some wear and tear, the operation will provide a 15$ coupon or 15% compensation after judgment)
1.6 Shell return policy
Shell alone does not support any reason to return or exchange, only supports the problem products within 7 days for a new one.
